owodex is designed as a local companion for Codex on your Mac. The iPhone app has no cloud login, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no developer-operated prompt server.

The owodex iPhone app does not collect personal data, track users, or send prompts, chats, project files, API keys, pairing codes, or device identifiers to Owo Innovations LLC. Pairing connects your iPhone to owodex Agent running on a Mac you control.
owodex uses the camera to scan a QR code from owodex Agent and uses network access to communicate with the paired Mac. Those actions are for setup and app function only. Your Codex session remains tied to the Mac companion you choose to pair.
Pairing records, app settings, chat metadata, usage estimates, and saved command shortcuts are stored on your device and paired Mac for app functionality. Pairing tokens and provider keys are intended to stay in local secure storage such as Keychain.
If you choose voice mode, photo attachments, or file attachments, owodex uses the microphone, speech recognition, Photos picker, camera, or Files picker only for the instruction or context you choose to send. Owo Innovations LLC does not collect those prompts, photos, recordings, transcripts, files, or attachments.
When you send a prompt, owodex routes it to the Codex setup or provider you select on your paired Mac. Those services may process the content you intentionally send to them. Review the privacy terms for Codex and any third-party provider you configure.
owodex does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking tools in the iPhone app. The public setup website may be served by standard web hosting infrastructure, but the iPhone app itself does not collect data for the developer.
You can disconnect a paired Mac, delete saved machines, remove provider keys, clear local chat history, and uninstall owodex or owodex Agent at any time. Because Owo Innovations LLC does not operate a user account for owodex, there is no developer-hosted account profile to delete.
